Maha Alotaibi was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She received her Bachelors and master degree at king Abdul Aziz University. She published papers and one book with the head of chemistry in king Abdul Aziz University. Maha is also working at King Abdul Aziz University in Saudi Arabia where she got her scholarship.

Maha joined the group in February 2015 to undertake a PhD with Dr Charl Faul Towards Anisotropic Organic Nanostructures based on  Oligo(aniline)s

In her spare time, Maha enjoys reading, cooking and  travelling.
