Yubing Wang was born and raised in Anhui, China. She received her bachelor’s degree in 2018 from Anhui Jianzhu University. In 2018, she joined the group of Prof. Wei Yan at Xi’an Jiaotong University as a PhD student. Her main research focus is the design and regulation of conjugated microporous polymers and their application in the removal of heavy metal ion pollution in wastewater. In 2023, joined the group of Prof. Charl F. J. Faul as a visiting student for one year.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, swimming, and watching movies.
