Connie studied Nuclear Science and Materials BSc at the University of Birmingham and graduated in 2020. Her interest in solving global environmental issues bought her attention to the Global Environmental Challenges MRes at the University of Bristol, which she is currently undertaking. She is studying under the supervision of Professor Charl Faul and is looking to formulate and develop novel materials to 3D print electrodes for carbon capture and conversion.
In her spare time, Connie likes to cook and enjoys reading Stephen King novels. She has travelled through South East Asia and most of Europe before studying her undergrad and hopes to expand her list of visited countries once COVID restrictions have relaxed.
